Where has all the music gone
Typical commute home.
Maddening traffic.
Slowpoke drivers.
Drivers who don't signal.
Traffic lights.
Safe in my air-conditioned cocoon, I turn on the radio. Talking voices. Flip another channel, DJ cooing away, so in love with his own voice. Hit the channel again, two voices trying to make a debate out of some inane topic. Try another station, its an advertisement that tries to sell me something I don't really need. Seriously, can radio stations just play music?
I switched to playing my MP3s. Repetitive they may be, but at least I don't need to hear voices.
