Good enough to eat
Reached for toothpaste just now, and spread it on my toothbrush.
Stuck it in my mouth, and started brushing.
Then I spat it out. It tasted funny, so I rinsed my mouth and took a closer look at the new tube of toothpaste Dad had just put in.
"Darlie Toothpaste - Green Tea Flavour"
What the......? Green Tea? Since when did anyone taste and swallow their toothpaste? Did I miss something in Singapore between 2004 to 2006, when toothpaste became part of the local diet?
I can just imagine the marketing department at Darlie coming up with this fantastic new idea to sell more toothpaste by making them more tasty.
Can I have stewed beef flavoured toothpaste please?
