Recently I have had to tackle the local work week system, getting my paperwork, getting the processing done, just to extend my visa here for the next year. I've discovered that they really just work Tuesdays to Thursdays, because Fridays are used to prepare for the weekend's boozing and bingeing, and Mondays are used to recover from the weekend of boozing and bingeing.

And so my visa runs out on 2nd August, and I'm still here without a valid visa. At least having put in an application keeps me legal. I hope.
